If you are preparing Thanksgiving dinner this year, you might be feeling a bit stressed out or you might have culinary challenges to tackle. According to the American Psychological Association, 69% of Americans find preparing a Thanksgiving meal highly stressful. To address this, Kendall College at National Louis University in Chicago is launching the Yes, Chef! Thanksgiving Help Line.
A professional chef, mixologist, sommelier, hospitality manager and pastry chef from among Kendall College’s experts are all on standby to help make this year’s Thanksgiving meals the best they can be.
